Meet Our Nutritionist
Apurva Surve- Former National Level Mallakhamb Athlete, is a sports nutritionist with over a decade of experience assisting fitness enthusiasts and athletes in achieving nutrition and performance goals. She earned a bachelor's and master's degree in food science and nutrition from S.N.D.T. Women's University, Mumbai. She holds the International Olympic Committee's Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Apurva has worked as a nutrition advisor in various Indian sports academies, fitness centres, and corporate offices, and has spoken at multiple national and international conferences held in India. She is a NET-qualified lecturer & currently, she is a nutrition and sports nutrition lecturer at several universities and academies, too. She is also a former national level and has received the prestigious Shiv Chhatrapati State Sports Award for 2007-08 in the sport of Mallakhamb.
