FOUNDATION BATCH
The Foundation Batch is the entry level batch for beginners and provides training to pupils in all the primary gymnastics skills. Pupils receive training in two of the most critical components of success in any sport- HRPF (Health Related Physical Fitness) and SRPF (Skill Related Physical Fitness)HRPF includes cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. SRPF includes power, speed , agility, balance, coordination and reaction time. Pupils are evaluated periodically and level wise certificates are awarded according to performance. chief coach Pavanraj and his team are patient with pupils and painstakingly spend enough time with pupils to guide them step by step through the training regimen.

COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS
In Competitive Gymnastics we train girls in gymnastic routines on the Vaulting Table,Uneven Bars, Balancing Beam and Floor Exercises. Boys are trained in routines in Floor Exercises, on the Pommel Horse, steel Rings, Vaulting Table, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar. Competitive Gymnastics batches are open to all pupils who desire to achieve proficiency in Competitive Gymnastics.


CROSSFIT GYMNASTICS FOR ADULT FITNESS
Our Crossfit Gymnastics program is a fitness program suitable for adults of any age. It consists of training in a series of gymnastic exercises suitable for all ages, using one's body weight only. The movements are designed to develop high levels of flexibility, endurance, mind-body control and improve resistance to illnesses. The overall aim is to help adults feel better, feel stronger, look better, sleep better, stay fit and live an actively fulfilling life. Benefits of Crossfit Gymnastics last far longer than benefits gained from gym workouts.

PHYSIONASTICS
Chief coach Pavanraj is a strength and conditioning specialist certified by
American Council on Exercises and a Motor Skills Learning coach certified by Motor Skills Learning Academy, Switzerland. Olympism conducts special batches that provide gymnastic therapy for a number of ailments such as spondylitis, arthritis, muscle atrophy, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain and weight loss among others. The exercises are customized as per individual needs.

LADIES FITNESS

We also offer an 'only ladies' batch late in the mornings for the convenience of ladies who may be busy for the early morning and evening batches.
Olympism provides a segregated venue on its premises, where parents can host kids birthday parties. The invited children will be entertained by Olympism instructors with gymnastic based games such as fun on the trampoline, swinging, hanging, tumbling, rolling and other fun pastimes for kids.


PROGRAMMES FOR CORPORATES
​Olympism has employee centric gymnastics exercise regimens that help in posture correction, correct work desk positions, stress relief from muscle soreness, improve muscle productivity, among other benefits. The sessions will help overall fitness of employees, reduce absenteeism due to illnesses and improve work productivity. companies may also opt for focused flexibility workshops for enhancing the performance of their sports teams of various sports. Companies can avail of slot booking facility at Olympism campus or opt for training on the company premises.

At our gymnastics center, we offer a variety of programs for schools, including special classes and clinics for students of all ages and skill levels. Our coaches are experienced and certified in teaching gymnastics, and they can help create a fun and safe learning environment for your students.


FLEXIBILITY TRAINING FOR SPORTSPERSONS
Olympism conducts flexibility focused programmes specially designed for improving performance of sportspersons. The training improves posture, facilitates efficient movement, increases range of motions and movements of joints corrects incorrect body alignment and sustains relevant muscle length. All of which also lower the risk of injury. The exercises also help to relieve muscle tension & soreness and increase mental relaxation.
